I want weight loss!!! After Chinese New Year, I have gained 10KG. I must be eaten too much of yummy cookies and barbecue pork. So yau yau come out a weight loss plan for me. From now onwards, eat more vegetables, 1 meal only allow to eat 1 type of meat and the size shouldn’t bigger than my palm, go for cycling every evening after work, no more food allow after 8pm, reduce the coffee mix for my Nescafe, drink more plain water. I really I can loss 15KG in 1 month time. Wish me luck!!!
